| How does the feedback rating system work? |

As a Client, you should leave fair and honest feedback based on the quality and professionalism of the work completed for you by service provider. Please keep in mind that feedback cannot be changed once posted. The following is a guide to Client feedback ratings:
- 9-10 stars: Greatly exceeded expectations.
- 7-8 stars: Exceeded expectations.
- 5-6 stars: Met expectations.
- 3-4 stars: Did not meet expectations.
- 1-2 stars: Was far below expectations.
- No stars: No prior feedback
In addition to leaving a feedback (star) rating, Freelancers Outpost encourages all [[wm] to include specific comments with feedback whenever possible. In many cases, comments are a more powerful indication of the [[pr] performance. |
