I am working in a website developed on Joomla 1.5, platform working on PHP+MySQL. I need to implement in this website a videochat with simultaneous translation
English -> Portuguese, Portuguese -> English. This solution will be developed with an open-source language, PHP, Java, Javascript etc.
I know it is possible to use the Google or Microsoft API-Translator, but I need that in the budget it is specified how much it will cost to hire those services, since they have or will have a cost.
